Welcome to Tiffany’s Specialty Cakes and Savouries (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and (where applicable) any orders placed for our wholesale bakery products.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If they're not for you, no worries - just please don't use our site. 😊
1. Definitions
- “Website” refers to tiffanyscakesandsavouries.com.au or any associated domain.
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or business browsing our website or placing orders.
- “Products” means all bakery items and related goods supplied by us on a wholesale basis.
2. Website Use
2.1 You agree to use the Website lawfully and not engage in any activity that interferes with its operation.
2.2 Content on the Website is provided for general information and may change without notice.
2.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or always up to date.
3. Wholesale Orders
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 Our minimum order value is +150$.
3.3 Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM every day to ensure production availability.
3.4 Once an order is accepted, it becomes a binding contract between you and Tiffany's Cakes and Savouries.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Pricing is subject to change without notice; confirmed orders will be honoured at the price provided at the time of acceptance.
4.3 Payment terms will be agreed upon with wholesale clients (e.g., upfront payment, 3-day, 7-day or 14-day accounts).
4.4 Late payments may result in supply suspension and may incur reasonable recovery costs.
5. Delivery & Collection
5.1 Delivery is available within designated service areas and may incur a fee.
5.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for delays outside our control.
5.3 The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery or collection.
5.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details. Redelivery fees may apply.
6. Product Quality & Storage
6.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure our products are safe and prepared in accordance with Queensland food safety standards.
6.2 Customers must store and handle products according to our guidelines to maintain quality and food safety.
6.3 Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, variations in appearance, weight, or size may occur and do not constitute defects.
7. Refunds, Credits & Australian Consumer Law
7.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
7.2 If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy as provided by the ACL (e.g., replacement, refund, or credit).
7.3 Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery/collection, with evidence (e.g., photos).
7.4 We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect storage or handling
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
8. Allergens & Dietary Information
8.1 While we take care with allergen control, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame).
8.2 Customers must clearly communicate dietary requirements when ordering.
8.3 We do not guarantee allergen-free products unless expressly stated.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the Website - including logos, text, photos, product descriptions, and designs - is owned by or licensed to Tiffany’s Specialty Cakes and Savouries.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Queensland and Australian law, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- business interruption or loss of profits
- delays or failure in performance due to circumstances outside our control
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the ACL.

11.1 We collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
11.2 By using the Website or placing orders, you consent to the handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.1 Customers may be required to create an account for wholesale ordering.
12.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
12.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
