Refunds & Returns Policy
This policy applies to all orders supplied by Tiffany’s Cakes and Savouries.We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides automatic consumer guarantees.
1. Perishable Goods
Our products are fresh, perishable items. For this reason, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering errors made by the customer
- Incorrect storage or handling after delivery
- Variations in product appearance, size, colour, or shape (as these occur naturally)
2. Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Products
You are entitled to a remedy under if a product is:
- Faulty
- Damaged at delivery
- Unsafe
- Incorrect (wrong item supplied)
- Not as described
Reporting a problem
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Evidence such as photographs must be provided.
Available remedies
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A credit towards your next order
- A refund (only where required under ACL)
Remedies are determined at our discretion, except where the ACL requires otherwise.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
- Once production has commenced, cancellations may incur full or partial charges.
Standing weekly orders may have additional cancellation requirements.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by external factors
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect address details
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
