Delivery and Pick-Up Policy
This Delivery Policy outlines how deliveries are managed by Tiffany’s Cakes and Savouries (“we”, “us”, “our”) for wholesale bakery orders within Queensland.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following regions:
Brisbane CBD & Surrounding Areas
- Delivery services are available on designated scheduled days. To confirm the specific delivery dates for your area, please contact us with your postcode.
Sunshine Coast
- Deliveries are available on designated scheduled days. To confirm the specific delivery dates for your area, please contact us with your postcode.
Gold Coast
- Deliveries are available on Thursdays only.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery areas and schedules at our discretion.
If you have any urgent delivery needs, please contact us directly before 2:00 PM for the best assistance.
2. Free Delivery Offer
- Free delivery is available for orders with a total value of AUD $150 or more (excluding GST, unless otherwise stated).
- Orders below this threshold may incur a delivery fee, which will be $5.
3. Delivery Days
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
- No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Public holidays may affect delivery schedules. Customers will be notified in advance where possible.
4. Delivery Times
- Deliveries commence from 6:00 AM.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and operational factors.
- We do not guarantee exact delivery times.
5. Order Cut-Off Times
Order cut-off times are before 2:00PM every day to ensure product availability. We do not guarantee that any order received after 2:00PM will be fulfilled accordingly.
Late orders may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
6. Access & Safe Delivery
- Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for delivery vehicles.
- If no one is available to receive the order, goods may be returned to Tiffany’s factory, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Tiffany’s Cakes and Savouries is not responsible for loss, damage, or deterioration once goods are delivered.
7. Risk & Responsibility
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of all products immediately after delivery.
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Additional charges may apply if:
- Incorrect delivery information is provided
- Delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability
- Redelivery is required
9. Changes & Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather events, vehicle breakdowns, or road closures.
10. Pick-up Policy
Pick-up is available from our office Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
To arrange a pick-up, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service.
